At CHCC Forestry students will be introduced to the field of Forestry/Natural Resources including sugaring, firewood, logging, machinery operation and maintenance. This is a two-year course that is recommended for any student who is interested in pursuing a post-secondary education or entering directly into the fields of forestry, agricultural, or sugaring. All students become members of the FFA and have the chance to attend National convention as Vermont representatives.

  • A CHCC Forestry student with a "B" average can acquire 6 credits from Paul Smith's College.
